A large digital presence across many markets and websites, running on headless Sitecore XM Cloud.
Problem
Search was slow and fragmented, which made it hard for customers to find products and content across a complex, multilingual platform.
Approach
Owning the frontend
I owned the frontend of a new search integration: reusable, component-driven UI built with Next.js, React and TypeScript that communicates with Relewise.
Designed for many sites
The components were designed from the start to work across a multisite, multilingual setup, so each market could use the same foundation.
Working with the integration team
I worked closely with backend developers and stakeholders to get the integration right.
Outcome
A significantly faster and more relevant search experience, and a reusable foundation the team can build on across the other sites. The team appreciated how quickly I grasped a complex setup and delivered a clean, high-impact solution under a tight timeline.
